Orders within Canada typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. US orders may take 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To start a return, contact us at sattvadesigns98@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Are your gemstones real? +
Yes. All Sattva pieces use genuine, natural gemstones. Because they are formed by the earth, each stone has its own unique variation in colour, pattern, and texture. This is a feature, not a flaw.
What metals do you use? +
Our necklaces and bracelets are made with 925 sterling silver or gold-plated sterling silver. We favour elemental metals and avoid cheap alloys that cause skin reactions.
Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin? +
Our sterling silver pieces are generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin. If you have a known metal sensitivity, we recommend opting for our 925 sterling silver range and avoiding the gold-plated options, which contain a thin layer of gold over silver.
